Mundo's Auto Glass

Today, August 13, 2026, I claimed my 3 month warranty because my windshield had a crack. I told Rafael (the person in charge) that the problem had begun on an unglued part which cuased the winshield to break which he insisted that the problem had been caused on a rock which had actually caused the crack. I told him that based on a three year relationship with their business if they were willing to give me a discount on purchasing a new windshield which he agreed to. He added that we had to wait until next Monday because he did not have the part in stock. I told him that about 30 minutes earlier we had called, and they told me that they in fact had the part. Another employee interrupted our conversation by saying that they always tell their customers that they have whichever windshield they are looking for in order to attract them to their business. I told Rafael that it was a lie they were telling their customers in order to make them come to Mundo's Auto Glass. I asked to speak to their manager, but they said he was not available and that he was not going to interrupt his business just to talk to us. I told Rafael that I had personally read terrible reviews against Mundo's Auto G

I’m gonna give this business zero stars because the last time I was there the guy that installed my windshield STOLE 2 pairs of designer sunglasses from my vehicle. I called as soon as I noticed and spoke to the manager, who has been the manager for a long time now. At that time he resolved nothing and pretty much said oh well. Not that I was expecting them back, I was giving a heads up. I took my car in a couple days ago for same service and asked him if he remembered my complaint which to my surprise not only did he remember it but he started laughing and said the installer did admit to stealing my sunglasses (2 pairs). I will never go back to say the least this guy has the worse customer service skills laughing to my face not even being apologetic for this poor representation of the business from the installed and from him as a manager.
